COMPETITION FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to the ‘Carling Grass Roots Campaign’ competition (the “Competition”). The Competition is open to a Team (as defined below) made up of individuals aged 18 or above, with valid proof of age. Participating venues only.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. By entering this Competition, you confirm your acceptance and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Competition is promoted and managed by Molson Coors Brewing Company (UK) Limited; Registered in England and Wales; No 00026018; Registered Office: 137 High Street, Burton Upon Trent, Staffordshire, DE14 1JZ (the “Promoter”).
  3. These Terms and Conditions apply so far as the law permits so please read them carefully before entering.
  4. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and the Competition.

CAN I ENTER THE COMPETITION?

  1. The Competition is free to enter (no purchase necessary).
  2. This Competition is open to any grass roots football teams with players over the age of 18 in the United Kingdom (a “Team”).
  3. To be eligible to win the Prize and/or the Grand Prize (defined below), Teams must be made up of players aged 18 years old or over. Proof of age will be required from each winning Team.
  4. In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. Evidence may be required for eligibility. Only a valid UK Driving Licence or passport will be accepted as proof of age.
  5. The Competition will commence from 00:01 on 1st February 2026 until 00:01 on 30th March 2026.
  6. Teams may only submit 1 (one) valid Nomination. Additional Nominations will not be counted.
  7. The Competition requires access to an email account and internet access (not provided by the Promoter).
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to discount any Nomination or disqualify any Team which does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

HOW TO NOMINATE YOUR TEAM

  1. To nominate your Team, scan the QR code in your local pub or visit carlinggrassroots.com and provide:
    1. your name;
    2. your email address;
    3. a contact number;
    4. your Team’s name;
    5. team social media handle (optional);
    6. confirmation that all players are over 18;
    7. the name of your local Pub using the drop-down menu;
    8. the location your Team plays;
    9. the number of players and coaches in your Team (all players over 18);
    10. an explanation of what a brand-new kit would mean for your Team;
    11. permission for the Pubs and the Promoter to use your Team’s pictures and videos on their social media channels.

  2. If technical issues occur and the Competition cannot run as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Competition.
  3. The Promoter is not responsible for incomplete, lost, damaged, or delayed entries.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition if necessary.

THE GRAND PRIZE

  1. 25 winners will be selected based on proximity to the Pub and quality of nomination answers. Judging will be independent via Action Funder.
  2. The Grand Prize: new team kit provided by Iconix Brand UK Ltd t/a Umbro worth up to £3,000. No cash alternative.
  3. The Grand Prize will be presented in person at the winning Team’s playing ground or local Pub.
  4. The Promoter may contact winners to arrange video content capturing during the Prize presentation (only Team members who look over 25 will be included).
  5. The Grand Prize Winners will be contacted by 30th May 2026 via email.
  6. No cash or alternative prizes. The Grand Prize is non-transferable.
  7. If a Winner is found ineligible or in breach of rules, the Promoter may award the prize to a finalist.
  8. If the Prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter cannot offer alternatives and accepts no liability.
  9. The Prize may be cancelled or suspended for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control.
  10. If a Winner cannot redeem the Prize, they must notify the Promoter. Prize may be reassigned.
  11. Winners are responsible for any travel costs incurred.

LIABILITIES

  1. The Promoter and its affiliates accept no responsibility for loss or damage resulting from participation, except where legally prohibited from exclusion (e.g., negligence causing personal injury).
  2. The Promoter may change these Terms or cancel the Competition without liability unless the Prize has already been awarded.
  3. The Promoter promotes responsible drinking and encourages all winners to drink responsibly.

USE OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. By entering, participants consent to the Promoter processing personal data for administration, winner notification, and operational purposes.
  2. Team data will be retained for 3 months after the Competition ends.
  3. Winners may object to their name/town being published by contacting customersupportline@molsoncoors.com.
  4. Data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
